Hello, I do suffer with ocd. One of my fears is pregnancy. Although I'm not having sex, I still fear I can get pregnant :( it's a pain. So I went to a house party and I had to pee real bad, using other people's restrooms is a no no for me. But I was kinda tipsy and I had to go. As I was squating I slipped and fell on the floor on something wet. Idk if it was girl or guy pee. Now I'm freaking out with pregnancy thoughts like what if. I can't shake the thoughts :/ a friend told me about this website, so I came here. Advice please -_- ..
The pills are not going to make the OCD go away. They do help in letting things go but you really need to learn cognitive behavioral therapy. There is a good self-coaching book I liked called Self-Coaching by Joseph Luciani that you can check out. I think it will help you.
I'm 23, my doctor just have me pills :/ I told her they work ok, but every now and then I still freak out
