What is HOCD?
I was diagnosed with severe OCD and Panic disorder, ive been reading through a lot of posts and have found some very relatable content. I just want to know what HOCD is?
Homophobic OCD. Not in the sense that you would hate gay people but in the sense that you are afraid you may wake up one day and become gay. Hopefully you are getting therapy for your OCD by whoever diagnosed you. Therapy is key...just knowing doesn't do you any good because your brain is wired differently. You say up and your brain says down. You say white and your brain says black. You say not gay and your brain scream gay.
