Are FAI and a possible Labral tear causing my symptoms?

it has been a long and arduous journey to get a diagnosis for my symptoms, and I'm not going to explain the entire 7 month history. I am a 17 year old male. Essentially what I am experiencing is lots of muscle spasm, back, pelvic area, and upper legs. I was diagnosed with moderate to severe FAI. I am currently experiencing sexual dysfunction, urinary incontinence, genital pain, my penis will form a painful hourglass figure before urination or bowel movement, as if a rubber band were tied around the middle of the shaft, the penis is also slightly chronically contracted and very stiff in comparison to before my injury, as if blood flow has been inhibited (had this checked with a urologist he did not believe that peyronies was applicable in my case). On top of this I have pain essentially throughout my mid to lower body. I have SI joint dysfunction, I was treated for pelvic floor dysfunction to only temporary benefit, and I also have scoliosis. I'm curious as to if my FAI symptoms match anyone else's, especially men's. Thanks, this is only a brief list of my symptoms and I mainly want to hear what other men with FAI have experienced. For me this has lasted 7 months and no relief has been yet provided. I had an injection 2 days ago but will not know how well it helps for another few weeks. It is likely that I will recover surgery and likely that I have a Labral tear.
