No, you cannot make yourself grow with exercise. The growth, if any, is already programmed into your bones. Good nutrition is the best way to insure you get all the growth you're entitled to.

If you want to play college ball, you need to work out every day. You'll meet guys there who are bigger than anyone you've ever met. It is a shock for everyone who moves from high school to college, and from college to the NFL.

Your only defense is speed and muscle, so get to work.

It is likely.

You can know for sure with an xray of your legs, where "growth plates" are visible. The size of these growth plates corresponds directly to your potential adult size. Your growth plates could still have an inch or two in them at age 16.

Good nutrition is important to growth, with a diet rich in protein, as well as calcium, magnesium, Vit. D3, and other minerals.
