Hammer Toes

My podiatrist said I have hammer toes on my two pinky toes.  Does anyone have any advice on self home treatment.  They are not too bad and I am not interested on getting surgery.  They rub against my shoes whenever I wear closed in shoes.  Any advice would be great..................

Any shoes is not a matter, The important thing is the position of the foot and the weight distribution to decrease your symptoms. Take care!

I'm going to look for the nearest orthopaedic store  in my area.  I've been lucky that it's been warm out and have not used any closed shoes, only sandals.  Thank you ........... :)

Select proper footwear, as this is the most important thing to avoid surgery.Visit a  proper orthopaedic store and also go for some posture correction to distribute your weight while standing etc. Take care!
