Hand Injury

Hey,

Having some problems with my hand that are starting to worry me a bit.

I've messed my left hand up a bit, walking around on crutches for too long, I can't straighten my fingers or move them side to side at all, there isn't a great deal of pain but I'm starting to worry because it's been about 3 days with little improvement,  it's really important to me because I can't play guitar at all at the moment. Any ideas on possible damages I may have caused or some physio exercises to help improve my dexterity? I'm having ankle x-rayed on Friday so I will ask the doctors about it then but I'm kind of worried about not being able to play guitar.

Cheers.

Thanks for the reply, I don't suppose you know the likelihood/time frame of recovery for this kind of injury?

most likly copressed the main nerve branch in the arm pit called the brachial plexus comon injury or syndrom from use of crutches try to lay off of the by not moving around so much to see if that help also try and wrap a towel around the arm pit rest and lower them so you don't rest on then use you arm to support yourself fand not your armpits
