I fell backwards while skating, and I might have hit my tailbone.

I am learning how to skate backwards. Four days ago, I fell backwards, and I might have hit my tailbone. The area has only been in a mild pain since the fall. However, because of the new set of movements accompanied with skating backwards, I am having general muscle soreness (butt cheeks, lower back, even my arms were sore because I was hanging on to the wall while learning to skate backwards). So, when I experience the tailbone bone pain, I am not sure if it is due to the fall or the twisting of my body to skate backwards.

The pain is mild, and for the most part, it's gone by now. I can sit, bend over, etc with no pain. However, the only pain occurs after I wake up from sleeping. However, that could be from sleeping in weird postures, because I have done that before.

Should I be worried about my tailbone pain, in case it is something more severe? Thank you.
