Stubborn Frozen Shoulder

HI
After having subacrominal bursectomy by arthroscope in december 2009 i developed a post-op frozen shoulder. I had no internal or external rotation and could only raise my arm behind my back to my hip pocket on my jeans. In march 2010 i had manipulation under anestetic with arthroscope and the surgeon achieved 160 degrees of movement. I have had physio therapy twice a week and have also been receiving hydrotherapy twice a week. Two weeks after the surgery i had an increase in movement and a decrease in pain however, from week 3 onwards things started to go down hill - more pain and less movement - does this mean that my shoulder has or is becoming frozen again and what other surgical treatment other than MUA can i have - i am at my wits end with it all and desperately seek answers - thanks

Banana did you have a pain pump installed in your shoulder after your surgery for 2 or 3 days?
