Unbearable pain after removal of titanium plate

I had the titanium plate removed 2 days ago. It had been on my clavicle bone over a year after having had a traffic accident. The doctors told to go home the same day, so I did. The next day I felt good, just a little sore and went to the office. I worked normally and even had a long lunch walk. In the afternoon I came back and continued working on my computer. I wanted to grab something in my bag which was in the floor and KNACKS! The pain was unbearable! Something happened in my shoulder and since then I have constant pain. I can’t sleep, I can’t lie down or move to the side, I can’t come up from the bed and U can’t lift my head. What happened? It was all so good and then I ruined it by moving my arm or what..?? I can’t stand the pain. Painkillers don’t work. Please some advise!
