Well, management for benign lesions may depend on a few sub-factors such as the precise description of the tumour, location, symptoms, risk factors etc. Assuming reference to fibrous dysplasia of the bone management may vary between conservative measures consisting of medications to strengthen the bone, pain management etc. and surgical correction of the bone abnormality. I would suggest considering a detailed evaluation by an orthopedician for suggestion of an appropriate management plan.
