Past surgical codes from 2016 and 2017
You all helped me before so I am asking again. I have tried to do this myself but I am not getting it. Under Past surgical history I have SHX55, SHX648, SUR90. it may not be orthopedic related though...Can anyone help me?
SHX means surgical history. SUR might mean surgery. It has a few different meanings.
I can't find any actual meanings to them though. It just means past surgeries you've had, maybe past procedures you've had.
