Shoulder Injury help prior to surgery

I have gotten two different doctors to look and two different opinions.  I am desperate in seeking help prior to surgery. I have all images of the MRI and can email.  It is believe I have a torn labrum and fractured glenoid by one doctor.  Another thinks that only the labrum MIGHT be torn.
