Sharp short pain in my inner right thigh

I have a terrible sharp short shocking pain in my inner right thigh it is only for one or two seconds and it happens all the sudden it is really painful and shocking that if I’m holding something in my hands I drop it when it happens it is really umbarising sometimes because happens any time sometimes even when I’m sleeping it scares me to died my question is that is it cure able ? and what causes this ? And does anyone else have the same problem?
