Hole in shin/calf muscle
When I stand up you can see a bulge in the skin on the right leg. When I press on it you can feel a dime size hole in the muscle. I also have these on my left legs to. A couple in fact. Neither hurt. If it wasn't for me feeling them I wouldn't have noticed. I heard it could be veins bulging through the muscle fascia. All of the are mostly located near the same spot on either left or right leg.
