What does my MRI Knee results mean?

The ACL,PCL,MCL,LCL, and extensor mechanism are intact.  There is mild intermediate intensity intrasubstance signal within the menisci but no discrete tear evident extending to an articular surface. The medial and lateral compartment hyaline cartilage appears preserved. With the knee in extension there is lateral patellar tilt with approximate 3mm lateral patellar subluxation. Probably mild fibrillation hyaline cartilage patellofemoral compartment predominantly lateral. Patellar retinacula are intact. Marrow signal is normal. Physiologic amount of joint fluid. No popliteal mass/cyst.
