Seeking help with irregular menstruation

I am a 16 year old Muslim female. I am 100% NOT sexually active. I started to get my period when I was 11 but when I was 13 and it came to Ramadaan I missed out on that entire month and ever since then my period has been irregular. Whenever I got my period I would bleed excessively and my mother always told me that it will become regular over time, but 3 years is a bit too long for me. Lately I've been getting constant pains in the abdominal area and I'm quite worried. It's been about a week now and on the day it started I had severe diarrhea, but it stopped there. The pains are still there and my mother is only going to take me to a doctor once Ramadaan is over. I feel I need help ASAP. If it helps, I am overweight, I weigh 90 kg which is unusual for my age. Please help me wherever you can. Thank you.

Nothing I say can convince my mother to take me now. My family is convinced that I'm a hypochondriac and they won't take me seriously. Do you know of a way for me to get rid of the pain in another way? I really appreciate your help

Can you go to an emergency room at a hospital?

I understand the celebration of the religious holiday, but, if you are in pain, you need to be seen by a doctor now, not waiting until after the holiday is over.

Chances are it is not ovarian cancer....you are young, and it would be considered very rare.

Please ask your mom to take you to a doctor on an emergency basis....no one should be in pain.
