Conplex Cyst Poss Hemorrhagic Cyst

I've been having right lower abdominal pain for a couple months. I finally got a TV US. it showed 3 small fibroids on my uterus and a 44x37x45 mm complex hypoechoic focus. in the findings it mentions possible hemorrhagic ovarian cyst and to follow up with another US in 6 weeks. I haven't heard from my doctor yet. That was just the information listed on the report. it also said I have free fluid in the cul de sac and both adnexa.

I don't think I can go 6 weeks with this pain. I also have degenerative disc disease and since the abdominal pain has started I have had terrible hip and thigh pain. I'm not sure if these are related.

I'm 33F with no children. Can anyone shed some light on what this all means?
