Just thought I'd update this in case it helps anyone. I went in for my pelvic MRI after 3 weeks of misery and dread, not knowing what they were going to find and fearing the worst. Got results back from my doctor the same day: The "solid lesion" was gone! MRI was completely normal.
My gyn says she doesn't have a good explanation for it, but because an MRI with contrast is much more sensitive than an ultrasound at detecting tumors, she's not at all concerned at this point. Part of me wishes I had more info, but for now I'm going to let myself enjoy the relief that comes with knowing that, whatever it is, it doesn't appear to be as sinister as I'd feared. Ovaries are mysterious things, apparently.

Hi I am sorry you have to wait that long! That’s agony! I am deciding if I should surgically remove this on Tuesday I have a surgery booked trying to decide! The doctor is now trying to reassure me it’s probably benign and to watch it!
