Complex cyst and dermoid cyst

I was recently diagnosed with a complex cyst on my right ovary and I have a dermoid inside my left.  My question is, does anyone else have constant stomache issues?  The past month my stomach feels upset no matter what I eat and I am not sure if there is a connection.

Yep, what you are feeling is very common when you have an ovarian cyst.  I too have a complex cyst.  I go from having diarrhea to constipation to hurting when I pee or have a bowel movement.  It is also common to have back pain, thigh pain, and cramping.  What is your plan of action?  Are you going to have surgery?  I am glad you found this forum as you will get great advice and awesome support.  Please let us know how you are doing.

If your doctor tells you that he/she needs to remove the cyst you must call the Hers foundation first.  Most of the time doctors will remove the cyst and the ovary together. I had your same problem and the Hers foundation educated me about my body and decisions. Including what questions to ask my doctor.  Good luck!

Hi I was also diagnosed with a complex cyst on my left ovary that is partially ruptured. For the past month and a half, i've had constipation and nausea. I also have no appetite. I'm going to see my ob-gyn on Tuesday hopefully I'll get some more insight.
