Rib pain with ovarian cyst

I'm 33, 5 kids,  never had any issues with cysts.  My period usually never produce pain either.  I am about 4 months out from doing a round of homeopathic HCG diet.  I bring that up bc it's kinda coincidental,  but may not be a factor.  I also had the essure coils put in January 2015. 8/20/16 will mark two weeks that I first woke up with abdominal tenderness and bloating.  The upper abdomen seemed more uncomfortable than the lower.  Although the entire abdomen was tender to touch. There was excessive gas on some days and normal on others.   Waited three days,  went to a Dr,  no dx. That night was in pain during sleep.  Some faded with release of gas and but by morning the pain was less severe.  Went to Er that night,  got CT scan,  dx of migrated essure that perforated uterus.  Was told to follow up with Dr who out essure in.  The next day that Dr was out and the Dr that was consulted didn't see it as emergent and wanted me to see the original Dr the next day.  So the next day the original Dr who did the procedure also did not see it as emergent and I had to bother them to get me in.  Like this is disruptive to my life and you need to fix it.  She had me get an intravaginal ultrasound and proceeded to tell me the essure looked like it was in place but I in fact had a nice sized cyst burts.  The blood in my abdomen would irritate my insides and in three weeks we will do the dye test to determine my ensures are in the right place.  Meanwhile in the upcoming days I would get all the symptoms, pain,  bleeding (off and on,  now steady and heavy) worst cramps ever,  radiating pain in to my leg and back.  Now the cramps are gone,  bleeding is very heavy  and for the third day I'm experiencing a lot of rib pain.  Started at the bottom but now radiates through out the entire anterior rib region.  It's so frustrating.  I want my life back already. One thing stops hurting and theb something else starts.  I'm scared this crap will keep happening and won't just be this isolated incident that will eventually be the past.  I can't possibly live like this on a continous loop.  What is the rib pain from and when the freak will it stop.  It makes sleeping horrible.  I can only sleep comfortably propped up and seem that walking keeps it at bay for the most part.  But sitting,  or eating can increase it,  and laying is not even an option.  Breathing does effect it,  exhaling seems to be the worst mostly.  And sometimes I feel no rib pain at all.... It comes and goes. I am still bloated but only in the upper abdomen in my stomach area.  Anybody have the rib pain and the upper abdomen bloat?
