Hi,
I was just curious, does anyone know if clear cysts with an Enlarged with Left Ovary and pelvic pain is like ovarian cancer.  I mean are clear cysts malignant?

That sounds like a worse problem than the cysts.  Might need some kind of surgical cleanup of the uterus lining.

Rarely.  Most cysts are benign and the clear ones are usually the least worrisome. The first approach is to watch and wait to see if they go away on their own.

Sometimes surgical removal is required.  Sometimes they get too big and even clear ones can hide cancer.  There is only so much that doctors can "see" with imaging tests.  Having a very good gynecologist matters.  The best ones have enough experience to determine which ones are worrisome and which ones are tame enough to just watch.
