ovarian cancer signs?

Hi, I have been having issues with my female parts since 2006, It started with abnormal pap smear results followed by diagnosis of HPV, I had series of pap smears, every 3 months, all abnormal up until last year. In 2006 I also had my GYN perform a "exploratory surgery" due to excessive abdominal pain, the result was 6 abdominal adhesions that were removed.  In 2007 I was having abdominal pain and after ultrasounds and scans was advised of polycystic ovaries,, I was also advised that there was a cyst on my left ovary that was 3 1/2 cm and twisting the fallopian tube,,  and one on my right ovary that was 2cm , the result was removal of the left ovary and fallopian tube and removal of the cyst that was on my right ovary. Within the next month we found ourselves pregnant and now 5 wks after delivery I am having bad abdominal pain and nausea. I went to the dr and had ct scan done w/ contrast and the results were as follows for the full scan-  R-lung  4mm calcified granuloma w/in the right lower lobe. There is also findings of a 1.0 cm cyst ventrally in the mid pole of left kidney. As well as enlarged uterus and a 1.8 cm Complex cyst in the right ovary. - unsure of these results and want a 2nd opinion, I do not want to put it off and wait, which seems to be what my gyn always advises,, the wait and see,, then next thing I know I am in surgery with horrible pain and the dr doing an "exploratory surgery" Please help or advise what to do next with these results,  go back to the gyn next thursday.

Thanks for the response,, I am very nervous and I just have that horrible feeling that something is wrong.. I have a copy of the ct scan and I am getting the copy of one that was done last July , ( when I had to have my other ovary removed).. I hate to say it ,, but I just don't trust my doctor anymore,,, and I can't stand this "wait and see" **** that they keep pulling,, they told me that last year and I ended up losing half of my female organs.. They have never ran a CA-125 test on me,, even when I asked them to.,. they said I am too young,, but I'm 29.. and now since I am showing a growth in my lung and one in my kidney,, my nerves and my emotions are running pretty high.. they never really did a follow up because I ended up pregnant.,.. had a very high risk pregnancy and was bleeding for 6 months before I delivered a preemie. Now that I have delivered him and it's 5 wks later,,, I know that all the pain I was having while pregnant,, was not due to the pregnancy.. My fear is I won't be able to go to a GYN Oncologist due to my insurance,,, I think I have to be referred... are you able to even see an oncologist if your gyn does not refer you? money is no option,, I don't care if I have to pay out of pocket to set my mind and body at peace.. just not sure how to find an gyn onc.. thanks in advance for your help/

please i beg u to search out a gyn oncologist and bring a copy (they will put it on a cd for u) of ur CT results ASAP ... no one can ever day for sure if another person has cancer without the gyn onc and even if its not ... the gyn onc is most qualified to properly rid ur body of these troublesome cysts ... i pray the best outcome for u
