I would be so upset also.  I would contact a lawyer and see what they can tell you.  It is SO wrong for someone to be so selfish and worried about themselves.  There is no two ways about it.  You needed help and it was his responsibility to call an ambulance when you asked for it.  It could have been a life threatening situation.  Don't let it fall by the way side.  Don't wait too long.  Good luck and let us know what you decide to do.  We are behind you!!

it is the law that no matter where you at and you ask someone to call 911 they have to especially if it is at a place of business. you can take that man to court and sue him put him out of his job shut his place down and live off on all of his money. if you are scarred to go to court about it b/c you have never been in court i would get over it. he didn't care about you all he cared about was his self so you should do the same you shouldn't care what happens to him when you take him to court you should only care about your self. and who cares if it happened at a bar. they wont look at you wrong for that a lot of people go to the bar and have a drink or 2 or even 3. but if i was you i wouldn't wait too long to take him to court b/c they can use that against you. plus i wouldn't want to pay for those bills when they come in so sue him and make him pay for it.
