I highly doubt you felt your cyst moving. Just calm down. If it freaks you out, hold off on sex for a while. If you feel EXTREME- excruciating, knocks you off your butt pain in that area, go to the ER as it could have ruptured or twisted. he couldn't have moved your cyst from fingering you... so just breathe.
Yeah, unless you want to aggrivate it, don't have sex until the surgery. I had a cyst also when I was 19 on the OUTSIDE of my body "down there" and after months of being certain I had some terrible STD, I had the doc look at it and he said it was just a "fluid filled cyst" that deflates when left alone, but fills with fluid when aggrivated (i.e. sex). The doc before actually told me it was a varicose vein running down the side of my vagine. I didn't believe that, it just sounded wierd. Plus it would hurt when I had sex and for maybe 2 days afterwards. So I didn't know what was going on. Just chill and find other creative ways to satisfy each other with out penetration. At least until the surgery (and a little afterwards).
