8mm complex cystal in ovary is it normal?

I got my report from my gynec it shows i have complex cystal of size 8mm in my left ovary. Is it normal or is it gona lead to ovarian cancer.
My Right ovary size is: 3.4 * 1.8 *2.2cm.
My Left ovary size is: 3.1*2.1*2.5cm.
Endometrial strips: 5mm
Uterus: 8.0*3.5* 4.6cm.

The report says i have Bilateral ovarian follicles in both ovaries including an 8mm complex cystal in the left ovary.

Can anybody tell me wht is this situation? is it normal or something need to have attention?

I think I read that most functional cysts (the type we get each month anyway when we ovulate) run 1-2 cm. 8 mm isn't even a full centimeter yet. But Sharon is right - ask them what they mean by "complex." Does that mean it has blood in it, does it have septations, is it partly solid? That might help.

Are you going back for a follow-up visit or did they just give you the report and say nothing more?
