Heterogeneous just means that the texture of your uterus is not uniform. that can be because of fibroids. another common reason is a condition called adenomyosis which is benign glands within the muscle wall. Hemorrhagic cyst is one that has blood inside and is leaking or ready to leak. You definately need surgery.

You will be ok. Seeing you have two kids the uneven uterus wasn't a problem (congrats).

It will be laproscopy more than likely and you will feel better.
