No I dont think so if it was a cyst that had ruptured in any way it would most likely be brown.

I'm not sure about whether a cyst could do that. I do know a cyst on the ovaries can be painful, though.
That said, if this is happening you should see a doctor for an exam and see if you actually have yeast or a bacterial infection or vaginosis. The other thing to check for is urinary tract infection, because that can cause a similar kind of thing to happen, and you're usually not going to see the white cloudy discharge until you use the bathroom. And, too, both types of issues can cause the burning sensation when you urinate, but not always.
