Is it a cyst?

Hi, I have been having cramping problems from what I would say is coming from my ovary area and lower back pains for a week and a half now, I did have a UTI before this but the UTI now has seemed to have gone as a swab and urine test has come back clear. Since Monday I have been spotting a small red blood only noticeable when I wipe. I now seem to have a very clear stringy discharge, I don't know if the bleeding has completely gone or not as the clear discharge has only been there since last night.

The last few days I seem to be having more trouble on my left side rather then both sides but the cramps do spread over from time to time. I seem to have a stretchy, swollen, bloated feeling by my left ovary. it feels a lot more heavy when I lie on my right side and if I cruel up into a ball shape I have lost my appetite but I am slowly getting it back i think a lot is down to how much worry I worry way to much, The cramps, I say cramps as its not full on shooting pain its more a dull heavy ache and discomfort. I am clear on STDS and have had my period over 2 weeks ago. My periods have always been all over the place for years as I have PCOS so I am never regular.

I have not been taking any contraceptive pills for well over a year now so I know this is not the cause. I am on my doctors back regarding this but there is only so much she can do I guess, She booked me in for a scan but this can take 2-3 weeks I been told? I just want to know what this is now to get on with my life. Does it sound like a cyst?

Thanks

Hello,

Mostly ovarian cysts are symptomless But Ovarian cysts can, however, cause problems if they twist, bleed, or rupture. Since you have a history of PCOS, it is most likely due to PCOS only. It is less likely for a small ovarian cyst to cause pain. It can cause pain if it becomes large, Bleeds, breaks open, interferes with the blood supply to the ovary, is bumped during sexual intercourseor is twisted or causes twisting (torsion) of the Fallopian tube.
Get an ultrasound scan done to confirm the diagnosis.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Oh I am still lightly bleeding just a small bit in the discharge. I also forgot to mention that my left lower side of my belly feels sensitive to touch and around the left ovary a little tickly I guess now and again.
