I had my surgery on the 18th July, I stopped using the softener a week ago but am still on the toilet a lot, my incision  is healing very well I was just worried as I had internal work done which I can't see as for sex as I am a lesbian and don't achieve full penetration I was unsure

When did you have the surgery?

Sex would be at your own discretion. I waited a very long time because the thought of sex after that really scared me and I was afraid of the pain. Everyone is different.

As for the swimming, as long as your incision has closed up and is not infected it should be fine. I would say 2-3 weeks.

The stool softeners are for people who cant go after a surgery, since you are having the runs come off them you dont seem to need them.
