becoming pregnant

just had a 15 1/2 lb borderline tumor removed along w/ my left ovary on feb 9th (scary) ...i want to know if it's going to be hard getting pregnant?

A member of my extended family had one ovary removed.  Since that time, she has conceived and given birth three times;  also, she and her husband have not needed the service of fertility specialists to have their family.  

So, yes, it is quite possible to become pregnant after losing one ovary.

Within a few months your remaining right ovary will pick up all the hormone creation and ovulation from the missing left ovary.  Having just one ovary should not affect your fertility.  Good luck!
