brown discharge after no periods

hii,i have a ovarian cyste removed before 4 months.Ans my periods was regular for past 3 months.And this month i have a brown discharge before 2  days of my periods.And tdy mrng i got periods but only 1 hour i got an bleeding.After that there was no bleeding.What is the reason and i am just 21 years old.is there a symptom of another cyst?or what s the reason

It is not surprising that your menstrual cycle has not returned to normal yet since part of your ovary was removed. However, if it doesn't normalize soon or you start having heavy bleeding or pain you should see your doctor.

If I understand correctly, you have had three fairly normal periods since the cyst was removed but this latest one was preceded by some brown discharge and then a very short bleed 2 days later. The brown discharge is likely just some old blood that did not get shed with your prior period. This is not unusual. And I wouldn't worry that you didn't get a full period. Abdominal surgery especially on an ovary can cause the menstrual cycle to be irregular for awhile but it should eventually normalize. I hope that helps.

thnak u..but still i have brown discharge.almost 12 days i am gettting brown discharge.But during my surgery my 25 percent of my right ovary removed and no problem in my left ovary.why i am having brown discharge still?
