ovarian cyst causing fluid in pelvis?

Hello, so i've been dignosed with a simple ovarian cyst with clear content 6 months ago it was 5 cm .
I did an ultrasound today and it showed that the cyst has shrinked slightly now it's 3 cm ..
But there is now free fluid in my pelvic area:/
My doctor said it was normal and it will go away on its own
I'm feeling pressure in pelvic area and pinching sensation but not a severe pain just mild symptoms
Is that normal? Or I should take some medications please help me i'm confused
And this sensation is really bothering me :(

The cyst is probably leaking causing the fluid in your pelvis. Cysts can cause discomfort or pain so I wouldn't worry much about that. If it's too bothersome, ibuprofen should help. It's good it's a simple cyst and is shrinking despite the fact it's taking its good old time!
