Hello,
You can get pregnant even if one of the ovary or tubes have been removed. For this the other ovary and tube should be healthy and disease free.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Yes you can still get pregnant. As long as you still have one ovary and tube left you still have hope. I'm sorry you had to have surgery and I wish you a great recovery. Please keep me posted.
