The pain is in my lower back and on the left side where my ovary is.  The paint is not so bad that I have to take pain killers but is always there and I have no fever.

I guess you have to define "pain." Is it bad enough that you have to take pain killers? I had discomfort (those general zings, tenderness and pulling) for several months. If the pain has increased or if you have fever, you need to call the doctor.
