I have some sort of mild pain on my chest T_T

In past few years, I have the habit of using cellphone browsing at night-time, whenever I use gadget, I have the sensation of something pulling on my chest. It disappears when I don't use it. Now, I have a lil lump on my chest, on side view, looks like I have 2nd clavicle bone, not much of big but can see the lil curveness..... When I breathe hard I feel the ache there. I don't know if this is a serious matter but I should think and prevent it at earliest. I don't know what exactly cause this but I suspect the cellphone radiation that affects.
Please suggest what should I do! Its not much visible in front view anyway.

Whether or not "radiation" is affecting your bones, the logical answer is to not rest your cellphone on your chest.

If you continue to have discomfort, consult with your doctor.
