Looking for a doctor who is willing to prescibe pain meds near Methuen mass

I have dealt with a severe pain in my neck for many years after having several operations I had had a Titanium plate and screws placed at C6-C7 after several attempts to fuse them but they failed! So needless to say I have been in major pain since its been 10 years now and still pain and burning! I work full time as a salesman and am on my feet daily. 5 MG perks that have Tylenol does not work I have had cortisone shots physical therapy I feel worse after therapy not much works but because I live in the great state of Mass doctors don't want to prescribe anything that works! I am not a junkie I work 70 hour weeks I own my own house don't collect welfare or rob people just need to get rid of the pain! on a level of 1-10 I am a 10 and it ***** would anyone have any info on a doctors in Methuen mass area that would be willing to let me know where I might be able to go! that is the only problem , so many have become addicted to the pain medications they are blaming it for the outbreak of heroin ( the opiate pain medication is same thing just a different class ) So all doctors everywhere in USA are scared to get anyone dependent on any class two drugs . I am out of luck as well and I don't wish to be either , trust me

No need for Heroin I have no use for that just need relief from pain and Ibuprofen is no good
