Need pain management specialist near st.Louis Columbia Mo area

Hello had a spinal fusion 7 years ago. Recently have been diagnosed with adjacent segment disease. My general practitioner has recommended finding a pain management dr. The one I went to previously only wanted to push spinal cord stimulator which I’m hesitant to do. Can anyone recommend a good pain management dr near st.Louis /Columbia MO are? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
