Yes go to ER right now. You may have a tubal pregnancy and it is an emergency. I work in a OR it can be safely taken care of with medication or laparoscopic surgery. Please go now

Hey Breezy,
Welcome to the forum.

I'm wondering if you have pelvic inflammatory disease, as in this, you will experience simultaneously abdominal and lower back pain and possibly irregular periods among other symptoms.

The likelihood of pregnancy is low.
One in a thousand after a  tubal ligation.
That would be an ectopic pregnancy, if that's the case.
Do you have any vaginal bleeding? That might be a sign of this.
What other symptoms are you presently experiencing?
Please post with your answer ASAP. This could be serious.
I don't mean to alarm you, but it should be checked by a doctor, just in case.
I understand you have no insurance, but what do you do in an emergency?
It would be best if you would just go to the hospital, to my opinion.

Let us know how it goes.
Hope everything goes  well for you.
