Hello Nikiasso,
Welcome to the pain management forum of MedHelp. I am very sorry but I am not understanding your question. Instead of the large repeating list can you just put it in your own words where you pain is and what diagnosis your physician has given you.
Do you have Costochondritis which is an inflammation of the cartilage that connects a rib to the breastbone (sternum). It causes sharp pain in the costosternal joint — where your ribs and breastbone are joined by rubbery cartilage. This pain caused by costochondritis can make you feel like you are having a heart attack.
Your doctor might refer to costochondritis by other names, including chest wall pain, costosternal syndrome and costosternal chondrodynia. When the pain of costochondritis is accompanied by swelling, it's referred to as Tietze syndrome.
Most cases of costochondritis have no apparent cause. In these cases, treatment focuses on easing your pain while you wait for costochondritis to resolve on its own. The pain usually goes away on it's own. Sometimes physicians will prescribe NSAID's or steroids.
If this is not your question please clarify. Please tell me what is not helping. Maybe others will understand your question better than I have understood it. Costochondritis will not cause most of the symptoms on your list such as infant heat rash or painful intercourse. I will look forward to your clarification so I may better respond to your question. I look forward to your next post. Please take care, Tuck
