Thank you for adding more information.
It sounds less like an angina and more like a gastrointestinal problem. However it could also be a shoulder structural issue that radiates into your upper chest.
The "needle *****" sensation may be nerve related... that's why I question shoulder involvement. Does it seem to be associated with eating? GERD (Gastrointestinal Reflux Disease) can cause similar sensations.
I suggest you keep a chart, record, graph or whatever you are most comfortable doing. This will provide you with good information to take to your PCP (Primary Care Physician). Note the time of day, what you ate, what activity you were engaging in and how long the pain lasts. Include of course the location of the pain and try to describe it. Also record the intensity on a scale of 1 - 10 with 10 being the most severe pain you have ever experienced..... and 1 be the least.
It does not sound like cardiac pain however you sure want to rule that out. Any pain that last two months should be investigated. Pain is your body's way of telling you something is just not right. Don't ignore it.
Please let us know how you are doing. I will look forward to your updates.
Best of Luck to You,
~Tuck
No,I did not injure myself.I have being suffering this pain severely nearly two months ago. It comes and goes. The pain in the upper right shoulder feels mostly like a needle tickle. It lasts. only for seconds. I fee.l the pain in the right upper part of the chest simultaneously with the pain in the right shoulder. It is less in acuteness and feels like an angina or a stomach gas pain.
THANKS
Did you injure yourself? How long has this been going on? Can you describe the pain? Any additional information you can provide will be helpful.
Take Care,
~Tuck
