Itchy blisters on testicle

My 5-year-old has been complaining of his penis itching. I looked and he has something that looks like blisters on the bottom of his right testicle. I didn't notice them last night during his bath. He's a little overweight and his penis tends to stay in. What could it be? How can I treat it until I get him to a doctor?

Could be jock itch. Look that one up online and see if the photos look similar.

it could be an allergy, what are you washing his underwear in , could be the detergent, or any creams or lotions . May be good to ask the doctor what is causing it, and maybe get some med to help..good Luck
