drug interaction

is it okay to use ibuprofen for a child of 5 years (he has got severe headache and very high body temperature) who is on tegretol and keppra medication?
please need urgent answer

You need to check with a pharmacist. I think paracetamol should be okay, but not sure about Ibuprofen, call a pharmacy or doctor and ask their advice.

From what I have just read there may be a reaction so I think it may be best to speak to the Pediatrician who prescribes the meds.
