how do i treat a 5 year old for Maldigestion, Bacterial overgrowth and mycotoxins?

My 5 year old always has green poop that is mostly pebbles , and then turns into nausea, abdominal pain, and then - green slime diarrheas'.  She  has tested with 9 out of 10 need for Microbiome support due to several very high bacterial overgrowth,  and tested positive for a long list of mycotoxins. in addition, her other symptoms are frequent headaches, lots of nausea, frequent stuffy nose, skin hypersensitivity- (she doesnt want to wear clothes) and such a picky eater . Ive literally reviewed all this with her gastro and pediatrician and they dont know anything about this. MY functional dr ran these tests, and we had our house remediated for mold .  We had 3 outdoor pets, which were all very old and sick and all 3 passed in 1 year preceding these tests. All roads point to there being an underlying parasitic infection , but stool tests have come out negative. ve tried probiotics &  digestive enzymes. Can anyone advise how to treat this? a 5 year old should not have daily headaches and nausea. Its been a year now.
