Странно, что здесь почти нет людей из стран, где национальная кухня очень острая. Все мы в основном любители молочного и сладкого.
Actually there is a girl from Germany at our workplace. She's really nice but she'll often avoid me because her allergies. Well yesterday we engaged in a discussion for about 2 hours. I can see she's happy that she’s not coughing as usual. It was amazing. I've tried thousands of stuff personally and learning from various forums, including this one, but hopeful12345's method is probably the best I've seen so far. I've modified mine a bit with other products but you can experiment to optimize to your likings.
What I'm afraid of now is whether I'll still have this problem as bad as I wanted for the upcoming GC-MS test I'm pursuing. I'm also afraid that if I might not make it I’ll have no one else to test. I want to be cured but I also want this illness documented in the medical journals so people around the world can learn about it and avoid.
but there is no complete cure yet and it took a few months for me to reduce the symptoms. A lower stress also lvl helped me alot but i can't speak for all patmers, its not even sure if we all have the same thing but we are working on it and i'd say the last months we have made promising progress on this disease. Just check out the recent posts in this forum
http://www.medhelp.org/forums/People-Allergic-to-Me-PATM/show/312 i didn't try every mentioned supplement yet but maybe there are a few tipps that could also help you to reduce these patm symptoms.
hey, what helped me so far is: Oregano oil capsules, less sugar, no dairy, more vegetables, roughage, olive oil for cooking and less scented products
