I cured my patm by completely eliminating gluten and dairy. This also helped reduce my anxiety. It might take a little while, but I bet you will notice a difference within a few weeks. The bad news is that you have to strictly stick to this diet forever, or it comes right back. But it is so worth it to not be constantly worried about it.

I think anyone suffering from PATM should check to see if they might have an irregular heartbeat, a nervous condition or possibly just shyness. Any of these can cause a flushing sensation, fear or fight or flight scenarios. I think these cause a chemical release which to me, is similar to ammonia; most prevalent in feet. Contact me if I'm on the right track. Stimulants increase the result.
