Things that helped and worsen your PATM

Hi Guys,

I'm currently researching for cure for this condition as there are a lot of denial in the medical community. I studied functional medicine and I am so keen on understanding PATM as a known disease.
I would like to know what are the things that you are currently doing that helped and worsen your condition and what are your theories as of the moment on what is PATM.

Let's help one another to fight PATM

You can read my story ”Fusarium infection in lower abdomen” for full explanation, but if you don’t smell bad and you make other people to cough and sneeze around you here are  short answers to your questions:

To help your situation
- walk, run, drive bicycle or what ever you want to do outdoors. Main thing is that you get plenty of fresh air every day (=oxidization)
- keto-diet. Replace a great portion of carbohydrates with proteins and fat. Remove sugars completely of your diet (mold fungus uses carbohydrates as its primary nutrition source).

To make situation worse
- stay indoors and smoke cigarettes (the opposite of oxidization because you lower the oxygen saturation of your blood)
- eat as much everything sweet as you can such as candy, cookies and so on.

You probaby already know that if you do something that makes you sweat (=excercise or take a shower) you can temporarily increase symptoms of other people.

That’s it in a nutshell.
