Would a tummy tuck help my appearance?? pic attached

Hi , I am three months post pregnancy . My stomach muscles are separated when I lay flat but when I do the test for "D.R." there is no gap there . My first pregnancy my stomach went back pretty fast . I did have a few stretch marks but no complaints. With my second pregnancy , I got more stretch marks and my stomach is definitely not the same. My question is , will a tummy tuck significantly improve my appearance ( even with the long scar ) and how painful is it.?  I had two deliveries with no epidural so I hope it isn't any more painful than that !!
Please see attached pics .

Hi Sandy , thanks for your advise ! I have an appointment tomorrow . Did you have the procedure done ? If so , tell me how painful it was and how limited your movement was the first day . I appreciate all the info I can get . Ps, are you happy with the result?
Thanks

Didn't you consult a doctor yet? I have had a tummy tuck months before. Mine was the same case. My skin was a kind of sagging at the abdominal portion. The only option I had was a tummy tuck. I was very much afraid to go under a knife. It is my close friend who inspired me to undergo one. And she suggested me a site too where I could read a lot of cosmetic surgery reviews posted by patients. goodsurgeonbadsurgeon.com
And it was very helpful in finding a right surgeon for me. Hope it would help you too.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Your body needs to lose the pregnancy fat firstly naturally by diet restriction and exercise. Tummy tuck can be considered only after 6 months of delivery.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
