Pregnancy and period

I had unprotected sex at the beginning of this month and i got my period 3 days ago. it was normal for 3 days then it slowed down like it was stopping. however the colour changed from bright red to dark brown. i take birth control but i want to know if anything is wrong with me.

Birth control does that your fine. Implantation bleeding would happen a little before your period was due and it would be very light like from a pinkish colour to bright red.
