Could I be pregnant

Hey.
So I usually get my periods each month and I am a real heavy bleeder.
But the last time I got my period but it was so light and when I pee it's all red not bright but red and nothing on the pad or anything.
So it's been a month with only that as bleeding and now it's more than a month.
I don't notice anything
But I do feel that my boobs are bigger but I don't know maybe I'm being delusional or something.
I couldn't control my bowel moments for a few days it hurt when I pooped like crazy.
I feel full all the time can't lie on my stomach anymore because it kinda feels uncomfortable.
I did take a pregnancy test. It came out negative.
I don't want to get my hopes high.
Because I kinda do want one.

Last time I didn't realize I was pregnant until I was having a miscarriage.

So could I be pregnant?

I think there is a medical issue, I don't think that is pregnancy. I would schedule a doctors appt asap!

make a doctors appointment and have them check your hcg levels through a blood draw
