Am I pregnant after getting fingered by my bf . 1 week late on my periods.

I 23 year old virgin. My bf fingered me earlier this month and I am not sure if he came (ejaculated). I am fairly regular with my periods except for few times. This month, my period is delayed by a week. I'm worried if the fingering episode might came caused pregnancy. How do gain clarity on this without taking a pregnancy test or visiting a Gyno? Please help
